Welcome to Hat Stitch Weddings, a Houston-based wedding embroidery company born from years of industry experience and a newfound passion for craftsmanship. Our journey began in 2012 when we (David and Leslie) first stepped into the wedding world. By 2018, we were fully committed, building a life around creating unforgettable moments for couples across Texas.
When the world shifted in 2020, we were forced to pivot. In 2021, David ventured into custom apparel, which quickly led to the purchase of our first professional embroidery machine in 2022. He fell in love with the process — the precision, the artistry, and the challenge of mastering something that requires both patience and technical skill. By 2026, that dedication grew into Hat Stitch, a successful embroidery company serving clients throughout Texas.
Then, something unexpected happened. After producing custom hats for a few weddings, we saw the incredible joy that a personalized, beautifully stitched keepsake could bring to a celebration. It reminded us why we entered the wedding industry in the first place. Weddings are personal. They are emotional. They are unforgettable.
